Hendon Hall

• Exterior This is an elegant Georgian building with a majestic pillared entrance and paved driveway.
 
• General This is a beautiful hotel, ideal for those wishing to stay in a tranquil location but within easy reach of London. (08/07 AB)
 
• Lobby The medium sized lobby is very traditional and decorated in typical English style. There is some seating for guests.
 
• Location The hotel is located in private grounds in the quiet suburb of Hendon (North London). Its an ideal base for exploring London without having to deal with all the Parking and congestion issues. 15 minut
 
• Restaurant The medium sized restaurant is well furnished and serves a good variety of traditional English and International cuisine.
 
• Rooms The rooms vary in size from medium to large, due to the age of the building. All are decorated in traditional English style in a variety of colour schemes. All rooms are air conditioned.

Very pleasant one night stay. Clean, comfortable room. Friendly staff. Excellent, knowledgable and enthusiastic bar staff. Decent breakfast. No complaints.

We arrived at Hendon Hall late in the evening and stayed for just one night. We were pleasantly surprised to find that the hotel was located in a quiet area in the leafy suburbs with a beautiful garden and very spaceous car park. The receptionist was very friendly and efficient and we were escorted to our room which was lovely and suited our needs in every way. We walked in the garden as it got dark and had a snack in the bar were the bar man was very friendly and helpful. The bed was extremely comfortable with soft feather pillows. Breakfast the following morning was in an elegant diningroom with a lavish buffet and cooked meal. Our stay was good value and was both enjoyable and memorable. If faults had to be found, the only quibbles we could think of were that the bar of soap in the bathroom was huge which seemed wasteful, the TV reception was a bit grainy, and, worst of all, there was no draught Guinness available in the bar! However, we would certainly stay there again if we were anyway close to Hendon.

We enjoyed our stay at Hendon Hall. The twin room was immaculate, the breakfast excellent and the staff helpful. The parking facilities are very good. We would be happy to stay here again.
