• General This is a good product ideally located for clients wishing to stay close to London city airport and the Excel exhibition centre in this fast developing area of the city. Connections to the West End a
 
• Lobby The lobby is medium in size and is decorated in a modern style with a limited seating area for guests.
 
• Location The hotel is ideally located directly opposite the Excel exhibition centre in Docklands. Custom house DLR is adjacent to the hotel offering a fast link to the centre of London.
 
• Restaurant The hotel offers a very pleasant Chinese restaurant on the ground floor. There is also a pub that also provides very good food in a more traditional English style.
 
• Rooms The bedrooms are medium in size and are decorated in a modern style. Neutral colour schemes have been used throughout all the rooms. The bathrooms are medium in size and in good condition.

On arrival the hotel car park entrance had a barrier across it so that we had to go to reception with the car left in the entrance until somebody could raise the out barrier to let us in. At check in the staff were helpful, as they were during the whole stay. The breakfasts were perfectly acceptable and the staff were very courteous and efficient. We used the café within the hotel and as with the breakfasts this was perfectly acceptable The room was quiet, clean and tidy and all facilities were working properly. The location of the hotel was ideal for making use of the Docklands Light Railway and its connections On checkout there was a little confusion over the length of our stay but this was soon sorted out, we were given a code for the car park exit barrier, which was wrong and therefore we had to return to reception to obtain the correct code. The Hotel was ideally placed and easy to find, it had good connections into central London. With the exception of getting into and out of the car park we were very pleased with the hotel and its staff, we would definitely use the hotel again in the future.
